Privacy & Terms

TradeInMind is early-stage software, currently in private beta. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data. It isn't a substitute for formal legal terms — those will follow as the product matures — but everything below is accurate and current.

What we collect

The trading session video you upload, the transcript and visual analysis generated from it, and the rules/goals you tell TIM about yourself during onboarding or in Settings.

How it's used

Solely to generate your coaching reports and to help TIM remember your patterns across sessions. Your recordings and reports are never sold, shared, or used to train models for anyone other than improving your own experience of this product.

Retention

Raw video is automatically deleted about 30 days after processing. Your reports and trading history are kept so TIM can keep learning from your sessions, and are retained until you delete your account, at which point everything — including past reports — is permanently removed.

Sensitive information

We don't automatically redact account numbers, balances, or other sensitive on-screen details. Please crop or hide sensitive panels before recording if that matters to you.
